Terms of Service – Vinci ToolsWelcome to Vinci Tools. By installing, accessing, or using the Vinci Tools Shopify app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

Vinci Tools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for lawful personal or commercial purposes on your Shopify store.Under this license, you may not:
- Modify, copy, or reproduce any portion of the App
-Use the App or its materials outside of its intended functionality on your Shopify store
-Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or access the source code
-Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
-Transfer, sublicense, or mirror the App or its materials to another party or server
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to Vinci Tools—including but not limited to its software, codebase, features, user interface, visual design, layouts, workflows, graphics, and user experience (UX)—are owned exclusively by Vinci Tools and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You expressly agree not to:
- Copy, replicate, or recreate any aspect of the App’s UI, UX, or visual design
-Use Vinci Tools design patterns, layouts, or workflows in competing products
-Create derivative works based on Vinci Tools
-Scrape, extract, or reuse design or functional elements
-Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code or design specifications
-Use screenshots, recordings, or mockups of the App for competitive analysis or development
-Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to legal action.
4. Service Description
Vinci Tools provides tools and features designed to enhance Shopify storefront functionality, including but not limited to shoppable or interactive content experiences. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the App at any time without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using the App
-Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
-Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Shopify policies
-Refrain from using the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
-Not interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks
6. Fees and PaymentSubscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as disclosed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Vinci Tools to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to the App.
7. Refund Policy
Vinci Tools offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable, including monthly recurring charges.
8. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to any content, media, or materials you upload or submit through the App. By uploading content, you grant Vinci Tools a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vinci Tools does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinci Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vinci Tools, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to Vinci Tools immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe may harm the App, other users, or our business.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
